Dr. Nael Osman Obtained his B.Sc. from the Electronics and Communications
Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1992. He obtained
his Master degrees from Cairo University (1995) and Johns Hopkins University
(1998). Dr. Osman obtained his PhD degree from the Electrical and Computer
Engineering (ECE) Department, Johns Hopkins University in 2000.
After finishing his PhD, He joined the Division of Magnetic Resonance
Research, Department of Radiology, Johns Hopkins University
as a tenure track Instructor. Currently, Dr. Osman is an assistant
professor with a joint appointment in the ECE department.

Main interests are:
- Medical Imaging: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Cardiac MRI
- Imaging mechanical properties of tissue using MRI
- Medical Image Processing
- Multi-dimensional Signal Processing
